Most folks have a perspective of who a self-employed person is...what they are like. And it's pretty false overall. We're going to discuss this with Deb Ingino, founder of MyWiredStyle.com. Here are some key points:
- Can any personality type be successfully self-employed? (yes, but...)
- Do I have to become someone who I am not? (no, but...)
- Doesn't eCommerce allow us to have a business and be anonymous? (nope)
- So then do I have to be super promotional, outgoing and salesy? (nope)

I would love to listen but can't figure out how to log in. This is why I can't stand all this computer stuff -- why can't people just talk to each other by phone where you can get the real meaning of what is being said.

I am beginning to see "hurdles" as growth opportunities.

Well, it is the same reason we don't pony express letters to people anymore or listen to 8-track tapes. Time and technology keeps on moving and changing. We can choose to either bite the bullet and learn something new or we can sit still and let the world pass us by.
I hear you on the computer stuff! It seems manytimes to be way to complicated. But I figure if I just jump in and try it often enough it will get easier. Heck, it is kind of cool to understand what my kids are talking about...Tweeting :)

Need video footage of FAA from the weekend of 1/8/10 to 1/10/10. I'm asking for this just on behalf of our friend in the You Tube video that had plans to be there but couldn't because of flight schedule mix ups! I promise, not for me! :-) Hehe...

Hey Archie that was me! Yes I would like video of the whole FAA Intensive event too since my flight was canceled, and I couldn't get any others out of TC. Alas I think we need to attend to get the benefit ;-)
The intensive events have a synergy among participants that leads to breakthrough thinking. I plan on being back in April. Come and join us!
There is outstanding information on this site too! And there is a big benefit to following the leaders Kevin interviews and talks about.
